Prior to joining Winslow, Francois was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, a Financial Advisor at A.G. Edwards and at Morgan Stanley.  Francois is a board member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, New England and received his M.S. in Social Psychology from the University of Paris in 1994.
